Yo. Seeing as we are trying to introduce new good music to everybody who visits the blog, and we believe that a number of you music fans out there are enjoying that, we are terribly disappointed at the severe lack of feedbacks, comments and simple thanks, and therefore dont feel like whatever were trying to do here has a point. As a result we have decided to close this whole thing down if we dont see some participation, feedback and most importantly "love" soon.
if this strikes you as egotistical, stuck up and insecure, we plead guilty and we couldn't care less because this blog was founded because we thought that we'd show YOU the music fans in our hometown-EGYPT- new and diffrent types of music in hope to broaden YOUR musical horizons.

so please, show us the love that we deserve

Rotting Christ-Sleep Of The Angels

Rotting Christ focuses on harmonies rather than discordance.
All throughout this album, from the keyboard intro of Cold Colours to the fading melody to Thine Is The Kingdom on which it ends, this album is filled to the brim with simple, memorizing melodies, powerful rhythms, soothing/harsh deep vocals and drumming that can only be described as epic behind them. There is not a single 'bad' aspect of this album I can think of. It's got enough variety to keep you from getting bored and an overwhelming amount of feeling to it that practically speaks to you.
If you are wanting to check out Rotting Christ I very heavily recommend this album.

Tracklist:
1. Cold Colours
2. After Dark I Feel
3. Victoriatus
4. Der Perfekte Traum
5. You My Flesh
6. The Word Made End
7. Sleep of the Angels

Agathodaimon-Blacken The Angel

Agathodaimon is a band that doesn't get the atention it deserves. Ofcourse, tis can be said about many black metal projects, but Agathodaimon is one of the most underrated ones. They play symphonic black metal, without being cheesy or sounding like an orchestra.
The songs are built up almost entirely on guitars and piano interludes, drums being unremarkable. The music is mid tempoed, filled with darkness and emotions. The vocals are really good, they manage to sound not so depressive, thus the music doesn't have that suicidal feel to it, being more like a ballad. Female vocals are also present, the screams and clean singing making a great duett on the song Near Dark. This song is the highlight of the album, lasting for a massive 15 minutes.

Tracklist:
1. Tristetea Vehementa
2. Banner of Blasphemy
3. Near Dark
4. Ill of an Imaginary Guilt
5. Die Nacht des Unwesens
6. Contemplation Song
7. Sfintit Cu Roua Suferintii
8. Stingher / Alone
9. After Dark
10. Ribbons / Requiem

W.A.S.P-W.A.S.P

Although there is some filler like "The Flame", this album is an important landmark in metal as it launched the career of one of the most important bands of that era. W.A.S.P. was one the first bands to strike fear to that audience providing a show that was memorable causing fans to come back. And the music kept those fans making sure that W.A.S.P. has one of the most loyal followings in metal.
This is the self-titled debut album from the most shocking and visceral metal band of the "Hair Metal" movement of the 80's. And following their reputation, they released the rawest album from that period. What made this stand above their competition in 1984 was that the record is filled with juvenile energy chock-full of testosterone. This album is full of anthemic choruses by the spades, and contains the two most popular tracks of the band from that era: "Animal (Fuck like a Beast)" and "I Wanna be Somebody."
YOU'VE TO CHECK THIS OUT....

Tracklist:
  1. Animal (Fuck Like a Beast)
  2. I Wanna be Somebody
  3. L.O.V.E. Machine
  4. The Flame
  5. B.A.D.

  7. The Hellion
  8. Sleeping (In the Fire)
  9. On Your Knees
  10. Tormentor
  11. The Torture Never Stops
  12. Show No Mercy
  13. Paint It Black (Rolling Stones cover)

King Diamond-The Eye

As with most King Diamond albums this album features a storyline. Its about a necklace called 'The Eye', of which when looked straight into takes you back to see everything the eye has seen. It talks about the Torture of Jeanne Dibbasson and her execution, followed by a story about Madeleine, who joins a convent, and is seduced by Father David, whom dies the next day. Father Picard arrives and rapes some of the nuns and has them participate in rituals, by which they all slowly go insane. The album is filled with great guitar solos - one of which features the devil himself, drum fills, and memorable riffs and keyboard melodies.
The lyrics, as usual by the King, are superb. They perfectly tell the story and imply all the gruesome details whilst still leaving space for your imagination, especially in The Meetings, within the last verse. The Vocals are a love hate thing, although as usual, King has only improved with how high he can go, and can use a range of different tones. The biggest difference between the vocals in this album compared to Them or Abigail, is how much softer and less peircing the vocals sound, there truly perfect.

Tracklist:
01 - Eye Of The Witch
02 - The Trial
03 - Burn
04 - Two Little Girls
05 - Into The Convert
06 - Father Picard
07 - Behind These Walls
08 - The Meetings
09 - Insanity
10 - 1642 Imprisonment
11 - The Curse

Testament-The Very Best

There's a very weird thing about thrash metal -- when it gets to a certain velocity and technical prowess, the guitars no longer sound like guitars, they sound like processed metallic machines. Which, of course, is part of the point, but it will often be slightly strange to listeners, even if they're hearing a band as acclaimed as thrash metal titans Testament. Enjoy

Tracklist:
01.The Haunting
02.Burnt Offerings
03.First Strike Is Deadly
04.The New Order
05.Into the Pit

Satariel-Hydra

The Swedish band Satariel mixes a lot of different influences into a very satisfying album. The songs are mainly slow in tempo, but they are still very heavy. There are also some acoustic guitar parts that make for a nice change of pace.
Satatriel's songwriting skills are also impressive. They deftly change tempos and textures and vocal styles giving each song a very distinctive sound. They are a band that's been around for over 10 years & to me they are very underestimated.

Tracklist:
1.The Freedom Fall
2.Be You Angel, Be You Beast
3.Claw the Clouds
4.Vengeance Is Hers
5.For Galaxies to Clash
6.The Springrise

Flametal-The Elder

My intention is not to dilute or steal flamenco, but to pay it tribute, and open the minds of others to its richness, while simultaneously staying true to my metal roots. in this album you will listen to a whole new shit idea in metal music
blazing acoustic flamenco melodies laid over aggressive distortion drenched guitars.
The Elder manages to incorporate both sounds flamenco & metal in a successful manner that has never been done before these guys have made their own brand in the music industry.

Old Man's Child-Ill-Natured Spiritual Invasion

Old man's child is one of my favorite bands, Tired of the same old “melodic black metal” this one is different the guitar melody is so well figured out, power is the key-word, the lyrics is so dark & frightening
For example:
"I believe the Devil, and I will burn in Hell"
And their lead guitars as well as the vocalist is very talented he played with Covenant, Dimmu Borgir
for black metal fans & metal fans in general this album is a must

Track list:

1. Towards Eternity

Mr. Bungle - California

Album: California
Year: 1999

If anything, this album is definitely schizophrenic, and is very highly creative. Mr. Bungle sound is abstract and absurd and very experimental. this, their last album, features countless genres that range from one end of the spectrum to the other, hence the term "schizophrenic". Even though this sounds like one of the harder albums to get along with, I don't believe that this is entirely true. download this if you're looking for something creative, new and unbelievably odd.

Tracklist:
1. Sweet Charity

The Decemberists - Her Majesty

Album: Her Majesty
Year: 2003

The Decemberists are an indie rock outfit, and i have to say that they are really good, despite the fact that the music is kind of hard to listen too, but i think that they are very creative and different. this album feels very theatrical and dramatic with ALOT of memorable songs, as in they stick in your head and you keep recalling them from time to time, if you feel like downloading this, id recommend you first listening to "billy liar", "i was meant for the stage" and the unbelievably amazing indie love song "red right ankle". these songs will familiarize you with the rest of the album, which is a great one all in all.

Electric Wizard - Dopethrone

Album: Dopethrone
Year: 2000

Electric Wizard is an english Doom metal band, often referred to as "the heaviest band in the universe", and this statement holds much truth to whats going on the album. Heavy crushing walls of sound that redefine "low tune" and build up as the music grinds along in a snails pace. Dopethrone is a very important album in its genre, and if you like riffs that feel like theyre gonna eat you alive, pick this up.

Tracklist:
1. Vinum Sabbathi
2. Funeralopolis
3. Weird Tales/Electric Frost/Golgotha/Altar of Melektaus
4. Barbarian
5. I, the Witchfinder

Incubus - Morning View

Album: Morning View
Year: 2001

One of my all-time favorite bands (too bad about whats happened to them now though). Incubus was originally a hardcore funk-metal band, this album along with its predecessor has marked their venturing into more ambient soundscapes while retaining their original groovy funkadelic sound, sounds good doesnt it. the album is generally mellow rather than aggressive ( even thouh there are a couple of heavy numbers here and there) and makes for a great listen no matter what your musical inclinations are.

Tracklist:
1. Nice to Know You
2. Circles
3. Wish You Were Here
4. Just a Phase
5. 11am
6. Blood on the Ground
7. Mexico
8. Warning
9. Echo
